Our aim at Sweet Creations is for you to receive your purchased items quickly and in perfect condition.

We try to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds, although please allow a little longer in busy periods. All goods are packaged securely for maximum protection during transit.

UK Deliveries

 All items are despatched by First Class Royal Mail. If you require Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (Next Day), please e-mail us for a quote before you checkout for the extra postage costs. First Class Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days, however delays can occur during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc) and in the event of any industrial action taken by Royal Mail. Sweet Creations cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Overseas Deliveries

All items are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged when they arrive with you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials for our inspection.
