In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or you feel that our description of the product is not entirely accurate, it is our policy to sort out any problems you may have.
Damaged Items
You must notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery if your product has arrived damaged. Please retain the original packaging for our inspection. Photographic evidence and/or the items return to us within 30 days of delivery will result in your damaged goods being replaced free of charge or a full refund given.
If we request the item's return to us and we do not receive it within the 30 days stated (starting on the date of request to return) and you cannot supply 'proof of postage' of the item, then it will be deemed that you have retracted your complaint and therefore no replacement item or refund will be made.
Accuracy of Product Description
If you feel you have been mislead by the description of a product, please e-mail us in the first instance within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of the problem. We will be happy to refund your money within 30 days of purchase, we'll even refund the postage, naturally enough the goods must be unused and undamaged. If we receive the item back and find that it has been used or is damaged, no refund will be given. Please enclose a covering note with full details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and secured so that they will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
If we do not receive your returned item within the 30 days stated (starting on the date of request to return) and you cannot supply 'proof of postage' of the item, then it will be deemed that you have retracted your complaint and therefore no refund will be made.
Withdrawing from purchase
If for some reason you change your mind after completing checkout and decide you no longer require the item(s) you have ordered, you must e-mail us within 2 days of ordering.
If we have not yet despatched the order to you, we will reimburse you in full. If your goods have already been despatched, you must return them, unopened in their original packaging within 30 days and a refund will be given only once they are in our receipt. The price you pay for returning the goods will be YOUR responsibility and no refund will be given for return postage costs.
