Great care is taken to ensure all personal and financial details that you supply to us are processed in a totally secure environment, so you can be assured your shopping experience with us will be completely safe and hassle-free.

This online shop is protected with the latest web security systems, including encryption. These systems are updated regularly to provide us all with the maximum possible levels of protection.

We use PayPal, the worlds biggest online payment system, to take credit card payments. All payment details sent through PayPal are encrypted and sent through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as per industry standards and best practice.

PayPal do not inform us of any of your credit card or bank details, they simply notify us that your payment has cleared and successfully reached our own account. We then process your purchase for despatch to you.

Alternatively, our customers are free to order and pay using cheques or postal orders if they prefer. (UK ONLY) Goods will then be processed and despatched only after funds have cleared in our account, usually 5-7 working days from the pay-in date.
